Located in the Bayside suburb of Melbourne, in Chelsea, the team at Graham Jones Design has created a sanctuary for two families with this design to ensure their lives are enhanced and enriched on a daily basis as they look out over Port Phillip bay. 

Banyandah Bayside, offers the simplicity of a beach side home, utilizing a simplified material palette, with lightweight cladding and natural colours with the upper storey floating above the foreshore dunes with their timber like battens, whilst maintaining views between the two levels of the homes to the water and horizon beyond.  The internal spaces are oriented to the water, with expanse of west facing glass to capture views to the beach and beyond.
